El análisis de capacidades Post-Desastre (PERC) es una metodología creada por la Aseguradora Zurich para proveer investigaciones y revisiones independientes a lo largo de eventos de inundaciones. Busca responder preguntas relacionadas con aspectos de resiliencia ante inundaciones, gestión de riesgo de inundaciones e intervención de catástrofe.
